ELECTROSTATIC PAINTING

Electrostatic painting is a unique plating process that produces a smooth, even surface. The surface to be refinished receives a positive charge, while the paint is negatively charged and applied through a round revolving nozzle. This process eliminates the messy overspray and drifting associated with conventional spray guns.

REPAINTING PROCESS

• Thoroughly sand, clean, and prime all rusted areas
• Carefully mask floors, ceilings and surrounding areas, guaranteeing NO overspray
• Electrostatically apply, on site, an epoxy coating
